Overall Purpose
The Sr. Director, Product Marketing leads the team's efforts in driving awareness, consideration, and adoption of Early Warning products and services. They are at the center of marketing strategy and execution, working cross-functionally, across product management, business development, corporate marketing, and sales, to define product positioning, create compelling content, execute on go-to-market strategies, and drive product usage.
Essential Functions
Creates and owns the product marketing strategy and execution.
Creates and co- owns (with growth & acquisition team) the partner marketing strategy for the assigned EWS product or service.
Owns and drives product marketing positioning and ongoing market awareness through all market segments and partners .
Lead s strategy and ongoing updates to data driven marketing plans and toolkits ( e.g. year one plan, templates, etc.) for Financial Institutions to drive awareness and usage.
Define s and develop s new and innovative marketing strategies and programs in response to business challenges.
Build s and maintain s strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, finance, and sales .
Aligns with product development lifecycle (PDLC) processes.
Define s and manage s the co-marketing budget to optimize program impact and results across partners.
Act s as key marketing liaison, including working with partners to coordinate market research, public relations, social media, and marketing plans.
Work s closely with partners and Early Warning's brand strategy team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Lead s development of performance and tracking reports for partner marketing usage programs, consolidating information and providing end-to-end metrics visibility.
Partner s across the company to align corporate marketing, product management, sales, and brand marketing.
Provides effective leadership in developing highly engaged, high performance teams.
Support the company's commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in marketing , communications, business or related field or equivalent experience.
15 or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
Demonstrated success or ability to retain highly engaged, high performing teams.
Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
Ability to engage with and influence at a senior level with strong executive presence.
Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership.
High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.
Background and drug screen

Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a master's degree business or equivalent in a related field
Experience working for a high growth , fast moving organization in the financial services , fraud, identity, payments, or similar spaces
Marketing into regulated industries and specifically financial services, fraud, identity, payments is preferred .
Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The base pay scale for this position in:
Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is:$170,000 - $220,000.
New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is:$205,000 - $260,000.
Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits.
