Job Description
We're looking for an Oral Surgeon Assistant/Dental Assistant
Hiring Needs:
No prior surgical experience required – open to candidates from medical offices, customer service, or hospitality backgrounds
Training will be provided
Preference for candidates who are early in their careers and eager to learn
Full-time only (part-time will not work)
Job Details:
Location: Shelby Township, MI 48316 (20–30 mile radius preferred)
Hours: Typically 9 AM – 6 PM or 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays; 40 hours/week
Work involves assisting surgeons in clinical procedures; candidates must be comfortable with exposure to blood and medical tasks such as drawing blood
Strong emphasis on professional appearance and communication skills for patient-facing interactions
Immediate hiring timeline – interviews and offers will move quickly
Candidate Profile:
Background in medical, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (medical office, hospitality, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and patient-facing skills
Willingness to be trained and adapt to the surgical/clinical environment
Professional demeanor and reliability
