At Percy, we’re building new ways to help talented professionals find meaningful careers in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a high-performing Regional Property Manager to oversee operations at multiple newly developed affordable housing properties in Tampa, FL.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced property manager who’s passionate about managing multisite affordable properties and driving growth in a dynamic market. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership and a long-term investment plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of 4+ affordable housing properties
• Lead and support a team of leasing, maintenance, and community staff
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multisite affordable properties
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, NOI, and reporting
• Experience with RAD, PBS8, and LIHTC programs
• Preferred experience with new construction/lease-up
• Experience with Tampa Housing Authority preferred
