You will participate in our best-in-class remote training program. The New Colleague Training (NCT) is a paid, interactive program. During NCT you will receive support from your colleagues, a Training Manager, and daily connection in a virtual classroom. NCT combines group instruction with autonomous learning. After graduation, you can work from home or in a hybrid model with ongoing support from your Manager and team.

The Executive Recruiter executes the full lifecycle of direct-hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional roles for a variety of clients. This role requires a sense of urgency, focusing on existing clients while identifying new ones, interviewing candidates, and matching them with suitable organizations and careers.
