Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Responsibilities Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation within one core market and territory Manage the process from interview through offer stage and close of sale Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates Conduct interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates Mentor and develop entry level sales consultants across the office Be involved in the proposal process by developing and pitching proposals Negotiate commercial terms of business and rates Fast track to management Profile / Qualifications 3 years minimum in staffing working on the client and candidate side Full desk recruitment experience in permanent placement (preferred) Prospecting experience (required) Closing business (required) Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.) Positive attitude and desire to win; proven history of achieving quotas or objectives Driven to achieve meaningful and measurable results; development as a sales professional BA/BS degree or equivalent Adaptable and comfortable in new situations Coachable and curious; able to implement feedback and pursue continuous self-improvement Job Offer & Benefits High Base Salary that continuously increases Uncapped quarterly commissions (no draw) World-class recruitment and business development training Exposure to business development right away 20 days annual vacation, 5 sick days and 11 paid holidays Medical / Dental / Vision coverage starting day one 401K with company match Hybrid opportunity after initial ramp up period Quarterly team events Holiday parties Top performer incentives – eligible from day one in the business Page Group USA is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
