Logistics Coordinator

Were looking for a detail-driven, proactive Logistics Coordinator to keep our supply chain running smoothly from origin to destination. In this role, you'll be the connector aligning vendors, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure shipments move efficiently, on time, and within budget. If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and making complex processes feel seamless, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate domestic and/or international shipments from pickup through final delivery
• Schedule transportation, track shipments, and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork (if applicable)
• Monitor inventory movement and support inventory accuracy across locations
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process gaps
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities at once
• Clear, professional communication skills written and verbal
• Comfortable working with logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
• A problem-solver mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
