What You’ll Do:

• Visit adult and geriatric clients in their homes
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide one-on-one care with purpose and flexibility
• Use a tablet to document care (no clunky EMRs or long nights catching up on notes)
• Educate patients and families to promote independence and safety

What You’ll Need:

• Active NJ Physical Therapist license
• Passion for meaningful, patient-centered care

Additional Information:
Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
$62.00 - $70.00 per point
