The Data Operations & Reporting Analyst will work on project teams to design and manage data workflows, build ETL pipelines, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Responsibilities:

Design and manage complex data workflows.
Build and maintain ETL pipelines.
Deliver dashboards, reports, and predictive analytics tailored to client needs.
Translate data into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications:

0–3 years of relevant experience in a data operations or analytics role
Bachelor’s degree with a preference for quantitative course work
Exposure to programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, for analytics and reporting
Proficiency with Excel
Passion for problem-solving and working with data
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and maintain well-documented data processes
Effective time management skills and the ability to proactively set and execute priorities
Interest in managing large data environments and reporting processes (for tenured applicants, experience is strongly preferred)
Interest in developing and managing ETL pipelines with a strong focus on data integrity and quality control (for tenured applicants, experience is strongly preferred)
Passion for presenting data in a compelling way that tells a clear story
Exposure to frontend web development technologies like React, or Node.js
Experience working on projects in the TMT (Technology, Media, & Telecommunications) industry
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP), Databricks, and/or Snowflake
Exposure to data visualization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and/or QGIS
Ability to produce and present client-ready, executive-level deliverables
