Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a General Operating Room day shift position in Ohio, requiring an active RN license and at least 3 years of OR experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Work in a hospital operating room setting
• General OR position with circulating responsibilities
• Day shift with either 3x12-hour or 4x10-hour shifts (7a-7:30p or 7a-5:30p)
• Rotating call schedule including both weekends and weekdays, in line with staff call rotation
• Possible holiday call rotation if contract covers a holiday
• Call assignment may vary based on census and staffing changes
• Epic EMR proficiency recommended
• Participate in call rotation shared among general staff
• Primary duties include circulating in the operating room for a variety of surgical cases
• Staff may be assigned to holiday call if relevant
• Work schedule may be subject to change based on facility needs

\n \n Requirements\n

• Active OH or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 3 years recent OR nursing experience required
• Experience with robotic, neuro, and ortho cases recommended
• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
