• Assignment Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: November 3, 2025\n
• Shifts per Week: 4 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday)\n
• Shift Duration: 10-hour days (10:00am – 8:00pm)\n
• Hours per Week: 40\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,692 – $1,880\n
• Travel and mileage reimbursement for healthcare professionals \n
• Overtime & Holiday Rate: 1.3x standard rate\n
• Callback Rate: 1.0x standard rate\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent hospice RN experience (within the past 3 years)\n
• Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) – required\n
• Experience with OASIS documentation – required\n
• Active Ohio or Compact Registered Nurse License (must be in hand at time of application)\n
• Current BLS certification\n

• Provide compassionate hospice nursing care in home and facility settings throughout Northeast Ohio\n
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans\n
• Document patient care accurately using HCHB and OASIS systems\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for high-quality, patient-centered care\n
• Educate patients and families about hospice services, symptom management, and end-of-life care\n
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards\n
