Job Description
Salary:
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Work directly with HR/Administration and the Shelter Manager to ensure all new hire paperwork is complete. Provide all State Mandated pre-hire and annual training are completed and done on time. Keep a record of all employee training. Provide Executive Director training information to complete quarterly reports. Schedule activities; help maintain the daily shelter schedule, childrens appointments, etc. In addition, any other duties assigned by your direct supervisor and the Executive Director.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train all new employees in state and CBCs required trainings.
Train all new employees on KSTAR documentation, medication log,Mileage Log, etc.
Work with Shelter Manager to set up required trainings and weekly staff meetings.
Work as childcare coverage when needed.
Create new resident binders.
Arrange and coordinate activities for Shelter residents.
Post-daily shelter schedules, list appointments, activities and daily routine i.e. meal times, chore time, bath time etc.
Other duties as assigned by the Shelter Manager and the Executive Director.
