Talent Acquisition Specialist

Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and recommending candidates for corporate and retail positions.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary

 

• Shifts Available: morning
• Pay range: $28-$30

 

• Operate within recruiting plan to attract talent needed based on business need
• Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
• Screen candidate resumes to ensure required skill set for open position
• Conduct in-depth interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers
• Develop and manage relationships with community organizations and agencies
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates
• Ensure candidates pass al required background checks

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications

 

• High School Diploma
• 0-3 years of cumulative sales-related or recruiting experience
• bachelor's degree preferred
• corporate recruitment experience within a financial institution preferred
