Talent Acquisition Specialist
Zing, in partnership with a financial company, is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and recommending candidates for corporate and retail positions.
Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary - Shifts Available: morning
- Pay range: $28-$30
- Operate within recruiting plan to attract talent needed based on business need
- Implement and utilize effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
- Screen candidate resumes to ensure required skill set for open position
- Conduct in-depth interviews and make recommendations for hiring managers
- Develop and manage relationships with community organizations and agencies
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Ensure candidates pass al required background checks
Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications - High School Diploma
- 0-3 years of cumulative sales-related or recruiting experience
- bachelor's degree preferred
- corporate recruitment experience within a financial institution preferred
