What You’ll Do
• Manage and grow your own client relationships while leveraging LH Global’s national infrastructure and brand credibility.
• Lead the full recruiting lifecycle — from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, vetting, and placement.
• Partner directly with leadership on growth strategy, market expansion, and client acquisition initiatives.
• Utilize your existing network and relationships to drive new business opportunities and expand your revenue stream.
• Collaborate with a high-energy, entrepreneurial team that prioritizes transparency, quality, and long-term partnerships.

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or executive search.
• Proven track record of business development and client relationship management.
• An established book of business and strong professional network within your niche (industry verticals open).
• Entrepreneurial mindset — self-starter who enjoys autonomy and ownership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
