What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within a technology-focused environment.
Monitor and coordinate communications between teams and field personnel through dispatch operations.
Document and relay critical information regarding incidents, visitor management, or site activity to appropriate personnel.
Assist in the coordination of emergency or urgent situations, following established protocols for technology or media company locations.
Help to deter unauthorized activity by maintaining awareness of site activity through surveillance systems and communication channels.
Support incident reporting, recordkeeping, and other administrative tasks associated with dispatch operations.
Work closely with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support a secure and professional environment.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Active California Guard Card is Required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
