The Outlets North Phoenix offers pedestrian-friendly and pet-friendly open-air shopping of name brand fashions to residents and visitors alike. Outlets at Anthem is always high on the itinerary with more than 60 designer brand shops.

The Outlets North Phoenix is hiring Full- Time Security Officers to patrol the grounds and provide a safe shopping experience. If you have experience as a Security Officer, this may be the right opportunity for you!

Patrols the grounds and buildings of the Shopping Center. Performs a variety of tasks while working under general supervision. Reports any suspicious activity.

• Protects the property both on foot and by vehicle, being visible and observant at all times.
• Maintains the security cellular phone and professionally responds to all calls for service within the Center.
• Ensures the safety, comfort and satisfaction of the shopping public by always exhibiting a professional and helpful attitude.
• Ensures critical areas of the property are being monitored.
• Maintains complete knowledge of all security operations, policies and procedures.
• Documents security activity using appropriate corporate and center security forms, always ensuring the work product is concise, accurate, and thorough.
• Assists the Security Supervisor and Security Director in implementing the center's Security work plan, assigned work activities, projects and programs.
• Performs all duties according to OSHA established health and safety standards.
• Assists the Security Supervisor and Security Director in training new security personnel.
• Complies with all Corporate and Security policies and procedures that pertain to the Center.
• Establishes and maintains working relationships with store managers and employees on an on going basis to enhance the security and safety of all employees and the general public.
• Performs special projects or other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred.
