Description:

OCH Technologies is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact IT solutions for federal clients. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure the team adheres to Agile principles, all within the compliance framework.

Location :

Remote- potential to come on-site for occasional meetings in Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
• Develop metrics and reports utilizing Gitlab
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field

Experience:

• At least five (5) years’ of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Required Certifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification

Security Clearance Requirement

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with federal government clients.
• Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience in coaching teams through Agile transformations.
• Ability to manage multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
