Roles: Scrum Masters

Experience : 3–8 Years

Location : Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

• Scrum Master – Search (Coveo)
• Scrum Master – Manage Booking
• Scrum Master – Browse (AEM)

Common Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint health.
• Guide the team on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and foster high-performing team dynamics.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, QA, and engineering leads.

Module-Specific Notes

• Search : Strong collaboration with Coveo search developers and data team.
• Browse : Involves Adobe Experience Manager workflows.
• Book : Coordinates with booking APIs and payment gateway teams.
• Manage Booking : Focused on itinerary management, rebooking, cancellations.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP).
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Industry experience in travel, hospitality, or digital commerce.
