We are looking for a detail-oriented Imaging/Coding Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in converting physical documents into electronic formats while ensuring data accuracy and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong aptitude for document management and imaging technologies.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare physical documents for scanning by organizing and verifying their readiness.
• Operate advanced imaging equipment to convert hardcopy files into digital formats.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and image accuracy.
• Index scanned documents according to established guidelines for easy retrieval.
• Create CDs for data storage and distribution as required.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to sustain optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to refine electronic archiving processes.
• Utilize document imaging systems and software effectively to meet project requirements.
• Support records management tasks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.• Previous experience in document imaging, electronic archiving, or records management.
• Familiarity with imaging equipment and related software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow quality assurance procedures.
• Proficiency in organizing and indexing documents for efficient storage.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for imaging hardware and software.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
• Knowledge of thermal imaging equipment is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
