Job Title: Salesforce Admin

Location : St. Louis, MO and Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and data access in Salesforce.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and workflows to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data imports, updates, and deduplication to maintain data integrity.
• Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and documentation of Salesforce features.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Manage Salesforce releases, testing, and updates to ensure seamless performance.
• Maintain security standards and compliance across the Salesforce environment.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and support automation using tools like Flow, Process Builder, or Apex triggers (as applicable).
• Monitor system performance, usage, and adoption, and recommend improvements
