Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Manager who knows how to build, push, and win. This role is for a proven closer and leader who can drive results, hold a team accountable, and dominate their territory in the water treatment market.
The earning potential range is in excess of $100,000 to over $1 Million depending upon your potential with our guidance!
We are a Sales and Marketing Firm that has over 30 years of experience and success.
We operate in multiple Cities in Texas with multiple product offerings
We are experiencing rapid growth and look forward to expanding into new Cities and States.
We have a proven track record of developing talent from entry level all the way up to VP earnings as high as $250,000 to $1 Million per year potential
We have a proven training program that is easily duplicatable
We offer mentorship, guidance and even hands on time with the CEO
Responsibilities:
Help recruit, train, and drive a high-performance sales team
Set aggressive revenue targets and ensure they’re hit
Take control of lead flow, pipeline, and closing strategy
Close high-value deals and support team closings
Identify and attack new market opportunities
Requirements:
Documented success in either face to face sales, Busines to Business Sales, or In Home Sales and leadership
Deep knowledge of a proper sales process
Knowledge of water filtration and softener systems an asset
Knowledge of appointment setting
Competitive mindset with strong coaching skills
