Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!We believe that it is important to invest in your success. When you join us as a first time RV Salesperson, you will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay based on residency and state laws. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions (no soft packs on commissions). Successful team members can earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. Year-end sales volume bonuses available to those who qualify. Camping World is seeking an RV Sales Associate for our growing team. Your passion to generate sales for new and used RVs will be rewarded through an aggressive, uncapped earnings potential, commission driven pay plan.What You'll Do:Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVsConduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentationsClose sales effectively by working closely with F&I teamFollow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customerGenerate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue- generating practices to the team and organizationServe as a liaison between customers and all departments including retail, service and financeStay on top of market trends, the RV industry and current dealership inventoryBe enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and managementWhat You'll Need to Have for the Role:High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, television, furniture, real estate, and homesHave strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a teamProfessional appearance and demeanor necessaryMust be bondable and able to secure a professional sales licenseProvide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and managementBasic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer informationValid driver's licenseMay lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
