Job Title: Room Attendant (Housekeeping)
Job Summary

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests by cleaning and servicing guest rooms and assigned areas according to established standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors
• Replenish guest room supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and amenities
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor promptly
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards
• Handle guest requests politely and professionally
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean and organized condition
• Ensure lost and found items are reported according to policy
• Comply with health, safety, and security regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
