Specialty Roofing located in Pleasanton is looking to grow! We specialize in real estate transaction inspections and personal roofing needs, from small repairs to complete re-roofs and flat walking decks. Requirements & Duties:
Install comp, concrete & clay tile.
Carpentry related to roofing
Waterproof
Detect water leaks
Troubleshoot with solutions
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, steep pitch, etc.)
Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time
Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Ability to positively and effectively interact with internal and external customers
Consistent attendance required
Clean DMV record required
Specialty Provides:
