Planning a trip should be fun and easy, right? Our Reservations Team is dedicated to making that a reality. They're fast, friendly and easy to talk to about anything that sets our guests up for success with their trip. They can anticipate our guests' needs and provide on-the-spot solutions. Of course, they'll also help with arrival and departure, from airport transfers to luggage storage. Our team is currently seeking an articulate, experienced Reservations Agent to join the team. About you... Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience. Ability to speak a secondary language is a plus. Experience in guest or customer service, a team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented. Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
