Overview

Were looking for a driven Remote Executive Recruiter to join our team. Our firm specializes in placing top talent in Accounting, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Technical roles, supporting a wide range of clients across the U.S.

Youll manage existing client accounts while building new relationships. Youll take ownership of the recruiting process by identifying, sourcing, and engaging qualified candidates through research, networking, and strategic outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing client accounts and build new client relationships
• Identify, source, and engage qualified candidates through research, networking, and strategic outreach
• Oversee the full recruiting process for executive or specialized roles

Qualifications

• Background as a Staffing Specialist, Recruiter, or Corporate Recruiter, ideally with an executive search firm or staffing agency
• Experience placing candidates in direct hire, contract, and temporary roles
• Familiarity with Accounting, Engineering, Healthcare, Legal, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, or Technical recruiting is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• High energy, creative problem-solving, and a drive to succeed

Compensation

• This is a straight commission opportunity for someone committed to delivering results and going the extra mile for their clients
