In this role, you will handle inquiries, provide product or service information, and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who take initiative, stay organized, and maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently from home

• Reliable internet connection

• Customer service experience preferred but not required
