Collab Fertility is a leading Bay Area fertility clinic that combines clinical excellence, patient-first care, and scalable infrastructure to support reproductive specialists. As part of our strategic expansion in the Bay Area market, we are seeking a board eligible or board-certified Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility physician to join our integrated clinical team.

This role offers the unique opportunity to join a well-supported practice with a structured pathway to partnership, allowing you to contribute to and benefit from the long-term success of the practice. At Collab Fertility, we are committed to advancing the science of reproductive medicine. In partnership with ASRM, Collabs CENTER FOR Lifestyle, Environmental Toxins and Nutrition (CLEAN) provides two research grants to REI fellows. Our world renowned CLEAN advisory board secures private funding for original research studies at Collab advancing reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients compassionately through every step of their treatment journey
• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic care to fertility patients including IUI, IVF, egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and reproductive surgery (as applicable)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless, outcome-focused care
• Contribute to practice growth and development with support from our experienced marketing and administrative team
• Participate in clinical quality programs, standardized protocols, and patient outcome initiatives
