Experience we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in agency recruiting or executive search firm
• Experience with outbound sales, cold calling or sourcing
• Ability to work in office in Williamsville, NY
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Exposure to CRM or applicant tracking systems or database
• Experience with business writing and handling details

Responsibilities:

• As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing, and recommending candidates for high-level leadership and C-suite roles within our client organizations nationwide.
• Partner with clients to understand and fulfill talent needs.
• Source and recruit top talent using multi-channel strategies, focusing on Accounting, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Legal.
• Develop and expand relationships with clients, senior leaders, HR professionals, and C-level executives.
• Identify business opportunities, gather industry insights, and share actionable trends with your team.
