2nd Shift Production Supervisor
Location: Berlin, CT
Schedule: 2:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Compensation: $95,000 – $100,000 annually
Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for an opportunity to drive performance, efficiency, and quality in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to oversee CNC milling, manual, and automated assembly operations in a precision manufacturing setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and motivate production teams to achieve safety, quality, and delivery goals
Supervise CNC machining and assembly operations, ensuring optimal productivity
Coordinate schedules and workforce assignments to meet customer requirements
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards, and safety procedures
Track and improve key performance metrics, including OEE, quality, and on-time delivery
Minimum 10+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven ability to lead teams, set clear expectations, and hold individuals accountable
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
Experience with ISO 9002, QS 9000, TS 16949, or ISO 13495 standards
Strong organizational and scheduling skills
Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-driven
Technical knowledge of CNC machining and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with CNC programming, multi-part fixtures, automation, robotics, or lasers
Experience driving cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
