Product Owner – TEKsystems TEKsystems seeks an experienced Product Owner to serve as the customer proxy for an Agile team within the commercial insurance industry. The role focuses on owning policy administration projects across small to national accounts and prioritizing backlog items to deliver business value. Responsibilities Own, define, and prioritize the team backlog, including story acceptance criteria and user story refinement. Lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and coach the team on Scrum values. Collaborate with Product Managers and other Product Owners to align stories with program priorities. Analyze metrics and recommend product enhancements based on data and customer feedback. Foster a continuous improvement culture and maintain a trusting environment for the team and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum five years as a Product Owner or equivalent role. Experience with insurance or finance based products and agile methodologies. Applicable certifications preferred (e.g., SAFe PO/PM, CSPO, or PSPO). Strong stakeholder collaboration, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
