Job Title: Product Owner Location: New York City, NY Mode: Hybrid (mix of in-person and WFH) Work Authorization: USC, GC, OPT, EAD Job Summary: We are looking for a Techno-functional Product Owner who, in collaboration with the Scrum team, is responsible for executing the product roadmap—breaking product features into user stories, conducting impact analysis, leading product requirements, determining specifications, prioritizing team tasks, and accepting user stories during team demos. Job Responsibilities: Product Roadmap & Vision: Understand, articulate, and execute product vision and roadmap. Backlog Management: Actively manage team backlog, implementation planning, and operational readiness. Agile & SAFe Execution: Work in a fast-paced Agile SAFe Scrum environment. Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Elicit and analyze requirements, translating technical changes into business value. Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with application users, stakeholders, and other Product Owners to understand business needs and goals. Solution Design: Work with value stream architects and technical SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs. User Story Definition: Define, groom, and prioritize user stories with Scrum teams based on business priorities. Data & Workflow Analysis: Analyze integration points, process workflows, and end-to-end system impact. Risk & Change Management: Manage requirement changes and conflicts while prioritizing delivery. Impact Analysis & Testing: Conduct impact analysis, design reviews, and test case reviews to ensure alignment with business goals. Education & Qualifications: Minimum: Bachelor's degree in any field Preferred: Postgraduate degree in any field Required Skills & Experience: Product Owner Experience: 5-8 years Agile & SAFe Methodologies: 5+ years Stakeholder Management: 5+ years User Story Definition & Prioritization: 5+ years Data Management & Process Workflows: 3+ years Cloud Implementations (Preferably GCP): 3+ years Agile Tools (Jira, Rally, etc.): 3+ years Requirement Documentation (Rally, Visio, Lucidchart, etc.): 3+ years Preferred Experience: Experience with clinical healthcare/pharmacy data and clinical decision support systems . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with senior management and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple concurrent projects .
