Overview Print Buyer (Contract) – Minneapolis, MN | Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) We’re looking for a Print Buyer to manage the end-to-end production of in-store marketing elements across multiple categories and business units. This role is responsible for ensuring deliverables are executed with precision, while driving process improvements and operational efficiency. What You’ll Do Lead production efforts for in-store marketing materials, ensuring vendor specifications and mechanical files are accurate. Collaborate with teams in Minneapolis and India to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Prepare and manage project estimates, ensuring adherence to budgets without compromising quality. Act as a liaison between design teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity on color accuracy, materials, and timelines. Apply technical expertise to store layouts and hardware systems, contributing to scalable and standardized execution. Proactively identify challenges, refine processes, and adopt innovative production techniques. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of experience in print production, print buying, or a related role. Strong knowledge of vendor production specs, print processes, and in-store marketing materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across global teams. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously. Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
