Primary Responsibilities Shooting and editing photos and videos for advertising projects related to residential real estate marketing, resort marketing, and general business marketing. Additional Responsibilities Providing company accounting with all job charges for clients. Assisting with company advertising and marketing campaigns, including cold-calling prospective clients. Assisting with the company's commercial projects. Managing office data and storage. Representing the company at industry events and tradeshows. Managing the company's social media accounts. Shooting stock videos of landscapes throughout Oahu. Requirements Professional experience in shooting and editing photos and videos. Proficiency in FCPX, Photoshop, and Lightroom. FAA remote pilot license (Part 107) and a clean drone safety record. A smartphone with an 808 number, capable of email and internet access. Availability for occasional weekend and/or sunset/sunrise shoots. Residency on Oahu with reliable transportation; travel outside Oahu reimbursed. Willingness to sign non-compete and non-solicitation agreements. Resume and samples of past work. Background check clearance. Preferred Experience Experience with professional cinema cameras and equipment. Advanced video editing skills, including masking, motion tracking, color grading, and LUTs. Experience managing social media paid advertising campaigns. Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
