Pediatric Surgery Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call On Call Pay Rate: $3152.50 - $3412.50

This facility is seeking a Pediatric Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: Call Only

· Practice Setting: Inpatient

· Types of Cases: Pediatric General Surgery

· Credentialing Timeframe: 30 Days

· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

· Certifications Required: Board Certification, Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

· Licensure Required: Active Arizona License
