Required: One entire year Orthodontic Assisting with a favorable reference from previous orthodontic employer, Dental Radiology certification, Microsoft Office and general computer experience, at least 1 yr Customer Service experience in your work history, great references from every manager or doctor for whom you have worked in the past 5 years, a professional appearance and demeanor, impeccable attitude, work ethic, congeniality, communication skills and good dexterity .
The ideal candidate will have DAII status, some college education, certification in Dental or Orthodontic Assisting, OSHA/SPICE certification, and general Ortho lab skills.
Our assistants share lab and sterilization duties. Efficiency and ability to convey a great attitude while under time constraints is very important!!! Our practice uses mainly traditional twin and ceramic, aesthetic brackets, and Invisalign. We bond mostly via an indirect bond method.
