We are seeking a highly skilled Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. Compensation & Benefits

Full-Time:

  • Annual compensation: $600,000 advance against 35% of collections (with earning potential between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 per year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures including dental implant placement, wisdom teeth extraction, corrective jaw surgery, facial trauma management, and cosmetic facial surgeries.
  • Utilize advanced 3D scanning, imaging, and dental technologies to plan and execute precise treatments.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with surgical advancements and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
  • Eligible to obtain dental license, sedation permit, and OMSNIC insurance in assigned practice state.
  • Excellent clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
