Responsibilities: Drive sales by helping patients select eyewear that fits both their prescriptions and personal style Explain frame and lens options clearly and confidently, with an emphasis on education and value Provide measurements on every glasses order to ensure precision vision Process and verify eyewear orders accurately Perform adjustments, fittings, and minor repairs Collaborate with optometrists and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience Maintain visual merchandising and manage inventory Required Skills: Sales-driven with excellent communication and listening skills Detail-oriented with technical aptitude Ability to work independently while taking necessary feedback from leadership Emotionally intelligent and customer-service focused Passionate about fashion and eyewear trends Eye Care experience Frame selection expertise Experience with iPad and other technology Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Knowledge of Revolution EHR is preferred Salary and Benefits: Salary range: $38,020.00 - $55,000.00 Benefits include Vision Insurance, 401(k), Health & Wellness Programs, Holiday Pay, and Paid Time Off.
