Onsite Administrative Support – 6-Month Contract

📍 Location: Virgin, UT

🕒 Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6 months)

Paying up to $20 an hour

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Onsite Administrative Support Contractor to join our team in Virgin, Utah. This role is critical to preserving decades of invaluable test data and ensuring smooth operations during high-stakes test days.

You’ll work directly with the site leader, supporting both administrative and operational needs. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy working with historical records, and want to contribute to national safety and innovation, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📁Document Management: Scan, digitize, and archive critical historical site and test records.
• 🧾Regulatory Filing: Maintain and organize site files, including regulatory and test documentation.
• 🚦Test Day Operations: Manage visitor access, traffic control, and safety briefings during test events.
• 🧑️‍🤝️‍🧑Visitor Coordination: Oversee visitor management and orientations for test activities.
• 🛒Site Support: Order supplies, coordinate special events, and assist with community relations.
• 🛠️Procedure Support: Help create and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and procedures.
• 📅Work Coordination: Assist in organizing weekly status meetings and work management activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• U.S. Citizenship (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information
• Experience with document scanning, archiving, or administrative support preferred
• Comfortable working in a secure, test-focused environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
