We specialize in high-quality bathroom remodels, roofing, windows, siding, doors, and gutters—and we’re recognized for putting people first, doing what’s right, and delivering results that last.
We’re currently hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our team for the Big E Fair ! This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in sales and marketing at one of the largest events in New England, with the potential to transition into a full-time role after the event.

What You’ll Do:Engage with fairgoers at the Big E to share information about Total Remodeling’s services
Generate interest and collect leads for our design and sales team
Educate potential customers on our bathroom, roofing, window, siding, door, and gutter solutions
Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Work toward daily and weekly performance goals
Strong communication and people skills
Friendly, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations with new people
A positive, motivated attitude with the drive to succeed
Reliable and dependable with transportation to the event
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
No experience necessary – paid training provided
