Qualifications for the Real Estate Property Manager:
• Property Management experience is required (2 years)
• AppFolio experience is a plus (property management software)
• Sales experience is a plus
• Reliable form of transportation is required
Responsibilities for the Licensed Real Estate Property Manager:
• Supervising properties, enforcing regulations and keeping grounds clean
• Showing vacant apartments, overseeing the application process, completing leases and renewals
• Working directly with owners, tenants, vendors and maintenance techs
• Collecting rent, paying bills, balancing accounts
• Assigning work orders to in-house maintenance and vendors
• Maintaining permits and licenses for properties
• Driving to properties for walk throughs and inspections
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24 per hour plus commission available
