Our client, a uniquely innovative behavioral health management services organization under the umbrella of a large academic medical center in the Bronx, is hiring a Psychologist for their Workforce Development Program.

We’re looking for a compassionate, mission-driven Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to join our innovative Workforce Development Program, helping clients overcome psychological barriers to employment and independence.

This is a hybrid role (4 days onsite in the Bronx, 1 day remote) with a strong clinical focus, offering the chance to collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, while playing a vital role in shaping the behavioral health outcomes of individuals seeking to re-enter the workforce.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct psychological assessments for clients with complex or unclear mental health and functional outcomes.
• Provide clinical consultation and case support to interdisciplinary team members.
• Partner with the Medical Director to ensure that all clinical processes align with NYC HRA regulations and program goals.
• Help empower clients to overcome behavioral health obstacles to employment and daily functioning.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Psychologist in New York State (required).
• 2+ years of experience working with individuals with behavioral or medical health needs.
• Skilled in using EHR systems (e.g., EPIC, SEAMS) and Microsoft Office.
• Empathic, organized, and collaborative — you’re great at building trust and helping clients follow through.

Salary: 125,000-135,000, commensurate with experience and opportunities for growth.
