Location: Monaca, PA (Onsite)

Compensation: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + Bonus Opportunities)

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead carpentry crews on deck, basement, bathroom, and roofing projects
• Oversee craftsmanship, safety protocols, and on-time project completion
• Collaborate with inspectors, designers, engineers, and clients throughout each project
• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure productivity, organization, and high-quality work

Minimum Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supervising construction or carpentry crews
• Strong understanding of residential construction practices, tools, and materials
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Must reside within 45 minutes of Monaca, PA
• Willing to complete a background check and drug screening

Compensation & Schedule

• Earnings: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + bonus opportunities)
• Benefits: Paid time off, training and development, future company vehicle eligibility
• Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (optional weekend work available)
