Location: Monaca, PA (Onsite)
Compensation: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + Bonus Opportunities)

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead carpentry crews on deck, basement, bathroom, and roofing projects
- Oversee craftsmanship, safety protocols, and on-time project completion
- Collaborate with inspectors, designers, engineers, and clients throughout each project
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to ensure productivity, organization, and high-quality work
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated experience supervising construction or carpentry crews
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices, tools, and materials
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Monaca, PA
- Willing to complete a background check and drug screening
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $50K-$78K per year (DOE + bonus opportunities)
- Benefits: Paid time off, training and development, future company vehicle eligibility
- Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (optional weekend work available)
