*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher who will lead young learners into a lifelong love of learning through a biblical worldview. This teacher will create a safe, engaging, and Christ-honoring classroom that supports foundational growth in all developmental areas.

*Responsibilities Include:*

* Provide age-appropriate instruction in phonics, reading, math, science, and Bible
* Create a warm and structured classroom that fosters independence and a love for learning
* Partner closely with families in the development of each child
* Assess and document student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
* Instill Christ-centered values and model the character of Jesus in daily interactions
* Collaborate with peers and support staff for student success

*Qualifications:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education
* Florida teaching certification (or eligibility)
* A vibrant, growing relationship with Jesus Christ
* A heart for young children and Christian education
* Previous kindergarten teaching experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32,000.00 per year
