IT Project Manager
Location: Hybrid in Madison, WI
Duration: Contract through 6/30/2026
Pay Rate: 50/HR
Overview:
Seeking an IT Project Manager to lead project management and business analysis, ideal for someone experienced in managing complex IT projects and gathering business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage project scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders
- Track progress, resolve issues, and manage risks
- Lead meetings and communicate updates
- Ensure quality and alignment with goals
- Maintain project documentation
- Support change management and project closure
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall
- Experience leading large IT projects
- Skills in business analysis, data tools, and process modeling
- Ability to write technical specs and system designs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint (preferred)
- Experience in government IT (preferred)
