Requirements:
3 or more years of experience in MS System Center development and support.
Proficiency in MS Azure administration.
Experience with MS Servers administration (Windows Servers, Active Directory).
Experience with System Center Orchestrator and Cireson web portal.
Experience with JavaScript for service request updates.
Experience with IT methodology frameworks (ITIL or MITA).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine the Service Manager request intake process.
Maintain, update, and patch System Center, Orchestrator, and Cireson environments.
Create and maintain new workflows using System Center Orchestrator.
Act as the lead for migrating the existing Service Manager environment.
Collect and develop requirements for new Service Manager requests.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Service Manager processes.
Act as a liaison between the technical team and executive management.
