Your Compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is$28.65 - $35.82 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is$28.65 - $42.98.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and implementing high-quality educational content and training materials in the areas of Technical Skills, Leadership & Coaching, Safety & Security.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and other team members to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in the instructional design and curriculum development field required, preferably in a financial institution.
• Two or more years' experience of instructional design models and learning theories.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to obtain Certified Instructional Designer/Developer and/or Instructional Design for New Designers within 6 months of hire date.

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.

Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday: 8:00AM - 4:30PM.
In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.
