Assist HVAC Lead and other HVAC Technicians with installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of a variety of HVAC systems

Job Functions:

• Read and understand steps of processes for specific tasks
• Perform work with a focus on safety and quality
• Always maintain professional appearance and attitude
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
• Work as a team - flexible, responsible, able to develop solutions to problems
• Responsible for maintaining clean and organized job site
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized work vehicle
• Become familiar with proper tools and various materials for jobs

Job Qualifications:

• NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate with various personality types
• Attention to detail and able to complete work by deadline
• Motivated to learn everything required for HVAC system installation
• Organization and time management skills
• Able to calmly handle problems and provide solutions
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds
• Able to work outdoors, on roofs, in attics and crawl spaces

Job Site: Kapaa

Schedule: Monday - Friday (full-time)

Starting Pay: $18-$20/hr
