Team Member Job Description

As a Team member, you will be part of a 2-3 person team responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services. No previous experience is necessary, as we provide full training. If you are pet-friendly, reliable, and a team player, we encourage you to apply.

Pay : $15-$16 per hour

What We Offer for All Positions:

• Hours average 28-38 hours per week.
• Work daytime hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 5pm – No nights, No weekends!
• Paid travel time to customer job sites.
• Free uniforms and transportation to job sites.
• Paid holidays and vacation (1-3 weeks based on eligibility).
• Opportunities for advancement to Assistant Team Lead (must have driver license for this position) and Team Leader roles.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Dusting, vacuuming using backpack vacuums, and cleaning floors
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Must be reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work in homes with pets
