About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and grounded leader to serve as the next Head of School. The ideal candidate will have a background in Montessori education, be a gifted communicator, and have the ability to foster a culture of philanthropy. The Head of School at the company will face the challenge of meeting the needs of a diverse student body, including a growing population of neurodiverse learners, and will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the school's financial stability and long-term sustainability. The role demands a leader with a collaborative backbone, capable of seeking input and being inclusive, but also decisive when necessary. The Head of School must embody the spirit of Montessori in all aspects of their leadership, from pedagogy to practice, and must be a unifier, fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect. The position is pivotal in maintaining the school's strong sense of community, and the new Head will be instrumental in continuing the school's legacy of excellence and joy.
