Position: Hand Surgeon
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Job Type: Full-time Independent Contractor


Premier multidisciplinary healthcare group with over four decades of service across Southern California, is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hand Surgeon to join its dynamic surgical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fellowship-trained hand specialist looking for autonomy, built-in referrals, and high-volume procedural work in an outpatient setting.


Practice Highlights:

• Outpatient-based surgical and clinical care for patients with acute and chronic hand and upper extremity conditions
• Bread-and-butter hand cases including trauma, nerve injuries, tendon repair, fractures, arthritis, and soft tissue injuries
• Strong referral base from in-house orthopedic, pain management, occupational medicine, and primary care teams
• Primarily Personal Injury and Workers' Comp cases
• Fully equipped procedure and exam rooms with surgical scheduling support
• Clinics located throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties

Earning Potential:

• Independent contractor model with uncapped income based on procedural volume
• Full administrative, billing, and clinical support provided

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery, or General Surgery with Hand Surgery Fellowship
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of California
